The primary function of the ABC Board Licensing Section is to issue and renew various ABC licenses. This is the typical form used by the Licensing Section to reflect that daily license receipts are deposited into the ABC Board cashier's office. Information available on the form includes license type, ABC account number, filing fee, state license fee, county license fee, transfer of license fee, and penalty for delinquent renewal. The original copy of this form is used by the Accounting Division as one of the source documents in the preparation of the Cashier's Daily Report (series S-54-12). The information is all utilized by the Licensing Section to compile the Monthly Recapitulations of License Activity (series S-54-78).
